These terms describe the use of WifiTest.pk’s internet speed test and informational pages. The site helps you measure a connection and understand common networking problems. It does not provide internet access, manage your subscription, or act as a customer-service department for your provider. If you have questions about using the site, contact [email protected] before relying on a feature you do not understand.
Using the testing tool
Use the test only on a connection and device you are permitted to use. Starting a test transfers real data between your browser and Cloudflare’s measurement endpoints. Your provider’s normal charges, usage allowance, workplace rules, and other applicable network conditions continue to apply. Check those conditions before testing a capped mobile connection or using a network you do not administer.
You can cancel an active test through its visible control. Closing a page or losing connectivity can also interrupt the measurement. A completed result may be saved in the same browser’s local history. This is a convenience rather than a durable record service; browser settings, private sessions, clearing site data, or using another device can make previous results unavailable.
Appropriate use
Use the website’s normal controls and avoid activity that interferes with other visitors or infrastructure. Do not use it to send abusive automated traffic, bypass access restrictions, probe someone else’s equipment without permission, or misrepresent your authority over a connection. A public speed-test page is not permission to stress-test the website, its hosting service, or its measurement provider.
Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, or unnecessary personal information when reporting a problem. If your employer, school, or another network owner restricts testing tools, follow that policy. WifiTest.pk cannot authorize an exception to someone else’s network rules, provider agreement, or device-use policy.
Meaning and limitations of results
A result reflects the device, browser, network path, server conditions, and measurement window involved in that run. Readings can change between tests. WiFi coverage, other connected devices, background transfers, VPN routing, and browser overhead can affect the figures. The tool does not certify a provider’s contractual performance or establish the cause of a service dispute by itself.
Use comparable conditions when evaluating a change and consult your provider when a fault persists. Provider packages, account information, line diagnostics, and contractual service commitments must come from the relevant provider. Our guides explain practical comparisons but do not replace an individualized investigation of your equipment or subscription.
Information and third-party references
The blog contains educational guides about networks, WiFi, mobile data, and troubleshooting. References to brands identify the subject of an article. They do not establish an official relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, or authority to speak on that brand’s behalf. Availability, device support, network conditions, and provider practices can change independently of this website.
External links lead to resources outside our control. Review a destination’s own terms before using its services. We cannot promise the continued availability or accuracy of every third-party page. If a link is broken or a statement appears outdated, report the affected URL and the specific concern through our Contact page.
Availability, responsibility, and reasonable reliance
Features may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, hosting changes, browser incompatibility, or unavailable measurement endpoints. The site does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular speed result, guaranteed technical support, or a search-ranking outcome. Keep copies of information you need for your own records rather than treating local test history as permanent storage.
Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any responsibility or limitation must be understood subject to those rights. For a provider complaint, billing matter, or urgent service outage, use your provider’s verified support route; sending a message to WifiTest.pk does not open a ticket with that company.
Content, updates, and contact
Use the articles for their intended informational purpose and respect applicable rights in text, software, and third-party names. You may share links to the guides and your own result summaries. Do not present the site’s independent material as an official provider communication or imply credentials that have not been stated.
These terms may be updated when features or operating arrangements change. The current wording is available on this page. Read the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer alongside these terms to understand storage choices and measurement limitations. Questions about the website can be sent to [email protected]; no response-time commitment is made here.
